Legal

Privacy
Policy.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This policy explains what information Biggie Brands collects when you visit biggiebrands.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain language rather than boilerplate, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't much of a policy.

Who we are

Biggie Brands is a brand studio based in Austin, Texas. For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at info@biggiebrands.com or (512) 766-4480.

What we collect

Information you give us

The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, how you found us, and details about your project. You choose what to put in it. We use that information to reply to you and to discuss working together — nothing else.

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards the contents to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems, so their handling of it is governed by their own privacy practices. You can read them at formsubmit.co/privacy.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like nearly all web hosts, Vercel's servers record standard request data — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps — for delivery, security and diagnostics.

Some resources load from third parties, which means those providers can see your IP address and basic request information when a page loads:

  • Google Fonts — typefaces used across the site
  • Adobe Fonts (Typekit) — additional typefaces
  • jsDelivr and Cloudflare CDN — animation and visual-effect libraries

Browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores one small preference in your browser's local storage:

  • bb-theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode

It stays on your device, isn't sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
  • We don't run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
  • We don't add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form.
  • We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

How long we keep things

Project enquiries stay in our email for as long as they're useful for the working relationship, and for our own business records afterwards. If you'd like your enquiry deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@biggiebrands.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you additional rights. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR may apply to you. In either case, the request process above is the same — just tell us what you need.

Client work

Work shown on this site is published with our clients' knowledge. If you're a client and you'd like a project removed from our portfolio, contact us and we'll remove it.

Links to other sites

This site links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, and sometimes to client websites. Once you follow a link off this site, this policy no longer applies — those sites have their own.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
